By booking a session, purchasing a gift card, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.ServicesWhisperWave NYC provides in-person ASMR and sensory wellness sessions. Our services are for relaxation and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.PaymentsPayment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and may have expiration dates or usage limits.
SMS Privacy Policy
When you opt in to receive text messages, we collect your phone number and messaging activity for the purpose of delivering SMS communications.
