These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WhisperWave’s website and services. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to the following.
1. Overview of Services
WhisperWave offers sensory-based relaxation experiences designed to support nervous system regulation through gentle touch, sound, and environment.
Services are non-medical
Services are not massage therapy
Services are not a substitute for healthcare or mental health treatment

2. Eligibility
Clients under the age of 18 may attend sessions only with the presence and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
A parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of the session
The accompanying adult is responsible for the minor’s participation
WhisperWave reserves the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.
3. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance through approved booking methods
Payment is required at the time of booking
Prices are subject to change at any time

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All bookings are subject to WhisperWave’s Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
At least 36 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes
Changes made with less than 36 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged 100% of the session fee

5. Arrival & Session Guidelines

Please arrive on time. Early arrival is not recommended, as there is no waiting area
A short grace period may be provided for late arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation

6. Nature of the Experience
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
WhisperWave provides a relaxation experience only
No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided
Individual experiences may vary

7. Consent to Touch
Sessions may include gentle, non-invasive touch such as arms, hands, shoulders, upper back, and scalp (based on your preferences).
All touch is professional and appropriate
You may adjust your preferences at any time
You may end the session at any point
Your participation is voluntary.
8. Personal Responsibility
By attending a session, you confirm that:
You are choosing to participate voluntarily
You will communicate any discomfort or preferences
You understand that experiences may vary
If you have any sensitivities or relevant conditions, you agree to use your judgment in deciding whether to participate.
9. Client Conduct
WhisperWave maintains a respectful and professional environment.
Inappropriate, suggestive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session
No refunds will be issued in such cases
WhisperWave reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
WhisperWave and its practitioners are not liable for any perceived physical or emotional effects resulting from participation
Participation is at your own discretion
