Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (WhisperWave)

 

Last updated: May 1, 2026 We reserve each session exclusively for you. To respect both our time and other clients, the following policy applies to all bookings.

 

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans can shift, and I do my best to be accommodating whenever possible. At the same time, each session is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute changes can be difficult to fill.

  • I ask for at least 36 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling

  • Changes made with less than 36 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee

  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the session fee

For bookings made on short notice, I will always do my best to work with you when possible. If there is availability to adjust your session without impacting other bookings, I’m happy to be flexible.

2. Late Cancellations

3. No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your scheduled session, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are charged 100% of the session fee

 

4. Late Arrivals

We allow a 5-minute grace period Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened session.

 

5. Packages & Prepaid Sessions

All sessions within a package are subject to this same policy. Missed or late-canceled sessions will be deducted from your package

 

6. Emergencies

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in rare cases.

 

7. Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
