Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy As a small business owner, I truly appreciate your support and understanding when it comes to booking and managing appointments. I know that life can be unpredictable, and I’m not looking to penalize anyone for last-minute changes. That said, to ensure the health of my business, I have implemented the following cancellation policy to help me manage my limited working hours effectively. Williamsburg Appointments: Appointments can be changed or canceled up to 48 hours in advance. If you need to adjust your booking within this period, there will be a $40 fee. Changes made up to 8 hours prior to the appointment will also incur a $40 fee, and after that, you'll receive a 50% credit to use towards a future session. Union Square Appointments: Since my Union Square days tend to be busier, I ask for at least 36 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. If less than 36 hours' notice is provided, a 50% fee will be charged. Changes or cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a 100% fee. A Note on Flexibility: I always strive to be as accommodating and reasonable as possible. If you need to make a last-minute change for a booking made on short notice, I will do my best to work with you. Additionally, if I have a slower weekend with more availability, I may be able to offer more lenient options. When there isn't someone else trying to book that spot, it's less of a financial loss for me, and I'm happy to pass that flexibility on to you. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
